Dental Staff

Nancy is our Office Manager where she oversees the day to day running of the office and she assumes many responsibilities within the practice.  The business portion is her main focus as she keeps the office up and running and ensures a smooth operation without any hiccups. She is also the wife of Dr. Bowen, to whom she has been married to for over 28 years with two wonderful daughters

Nancy is from Honduras by birth, but made the United States her home since the year 1984. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish and is passionate about creating a positive and pleasant environment for all patients that come to our office. She is also a Real Estate Agent since 2016 and has also worked in the retail world in a management role prior to this.  She enjoys traveling with her husband and children, cooking, going to the beaches and all the other beautiful attractions that Florida has to offer.

Ketie is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She studied at Valencia Community College, Seminole State College and Americare School of Nursing. She graduated as one of the top students in her class. She has been working in dentistry for 21 years, and absolutely loves what she does. 

Ketie feels that God has blessed her with a beautiful family, friends and a beautiful profession. She loves to see people smile. In her time off, she loves having fun with her family. She enjoys all kinds of arts, and loves traveling to see new places, and going to the beach as much as she can.

I specialize in preventive care and promoting optimal oral health. Through professional cleanings, personalized oral hygiene education, and gentle care, I help my patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles in a comfortable and trustworthy environment.

My goal is to deliver high-quality care that contributes to each patient’s overall health and well-being.

Credentials:

• Dentist graduated in Venezuela

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Florida with Anesthesia certification (CRDH)

• 4 year’s Experience in prevention and periodontics.

• Ongoing training in oral health and patient wellness.

I’m truly dedicated to providing exceptional care to each and every patient, making sure they feel comfortable, valued, and informed throughout their visit. Nothing makes me happier than helping people achieve healthier, more confident smiles—one amazing smile at a time.

Andrea is a detail-oriented Business Assistant with a strong background in dental practice operations, patient experience, and administrative efficiency. She brings professionalism, adaptability, and leadership to her role, supporting both clinical teams and office operations with accuracy and care. Outside the office, Andrea finds great joy in spending time with her family—especially her granddaughter—caring for her dogs, walking for wellness, and exploring creative and entrepreneurial projects. She values balance, personal growth, and a people-first approach in both her professional and personal life.
